Question - How long will my home, business or merchandise listing be posted on your site?
Answer - Your listing will remain posted on this site until it sells or you ask for us to remove it.

Question - I am an investor, may I advertise my homes on this website?
Answer - Yes, we are a investor friendly website. We will advertise wholesale or retail for investors.

Question - Will you talk to a Buyer on my behalf?
Answer - NO, We will never talk to a Buyer on your behalf, or answer any questions concerning your home, business or merchandise.

Question - Do you receive a commission from the sell?
Answer - No, We do not receive a commission from the sell.

Question - How do you receive payment for the Advertising Listing or Investment Listing Services?
Answer - Pay us by PayPal, Master Card, Visa, Discover, AMEX, E-Check, Certified Check, Money Order, or Cash.

Answer - We will advertise through my discretion. We will advertise this website by whatever means we see fit to keep this site visible to the public. Question - Do I need to sign a contract with you?
Answer - No, there is no contract to be signed. However, I do have a disclaimer that you sign to verify you are the owner of the property and have given us permission to take the photographs of your home, business or merchandise and to post them on this site.

Question - If I decide to take my house off the market can I get a refund?
Answer - No...There is No Refund of any ad, setup or picture fees if you decide to take your posting from the site.

Question - When I advertise my home, business or merchandise in the newspaper, can I put this web address in the ad?
Answer - Yes, it is strongly recommended that you use the following web address ( www.JimBonham.com ) in your ad that you place in the newspaper so that your pictures of your home, business or merchandise can be viewed. We will give you the direct web address to your home or merchandise as soon as it is posted. You can also send people directly to the link (page) of the home or business you have online here. Each property has a separate page to view with up to four (4) pictures. This will allow you to take front, back, left and right pictures of home or business. Also to submit 30 pictures of the inside of home or business for the Virtual Tour if you decide to use that tool.

Special Note: We will discount your fees here 10% if you send a newspaper with your ad that contains our website address ( www.JimBonham.com ). This includes you using your page address we will send you to advertise with that we made for your home in an ad running for a minimum time of one week ( 7 days ).

Question - If I reduce the price of my home, business or merchandise or want to add additional information, is there a charge to change that information?
Answer - There is no charge the first time you need to make a change to information on your advertising.

Question - What if I am not happy with the pictures you take, will you come out and re-take the photographs?
Answer - Yes, we will gladly retake pictures if needed or requested.

Question - Do I have to use my Pre-Qualification / Pre-Approval Loan to purchase from this website?
Answer - No, you may use your loan to purchase anywhere in the United States.

Question - Do I have to use my Commercial Loan to purchase from this website?
Answer - No, you may use your loan to purchase anywhere World Wide.
